A Small Commitment for a Timeless Piece
To secure your appointment, a $25 nonrefundable deposit is required, which will be credited toward your custom jewelry piece. Remember, beauty takes time – so we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel, to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Age & Consent Policy
Our welded permanent jewelry is an experience designed for individuals 13 years and older. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Safety and consent are paramount; all clients must sign a waiver before their Sparkling Alchemy experience. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the forfeit of your deposit.

We believe that every piece of our jewelry is not just an accessory, but a part of your daily sparkle. That's why, within the first 14 days of your purchase, if your jewelry needs a little tweak or re-weld, just let us know – it's on us. Remember, this special care is our way of saying thank you in the first couple of weeks. After that, while we can't offer replacements for pieces that have had a bit of wear and tear, we're always here to advise on how to keep your sparkle shining. Also, since each piece is custom cut for you, all sales are final, making your jewelry as unique as you are.
