On average, the journey to your perfect piece – from selecting the chain and connectors, to measuring, and then the final weld – takes about 15 minutes. We’ll have plenty of time to stack bracelets or add a few other pieces if you like!

Hot springs and pools are wonderful, but the sulfur in hot springs and the chlorine in pools or hot tubs can cause temporary darkening or tarnish on sterling silver, gold-filled, and even 14K gold.
Since your jewelry is permanent, simply rinse it in clean water after your soak or swim, pat it dry, and use the polishing cloth provided. For a deeper clean, our skin-safe jewelry cleaner will restore your sparkle beautifully.

We start by getting to know your preferences and style to ensure your jewelry is as unique as you are. We’ll help you select the perfect chain, connector charms, and any specific elements you’d like to incorporate, such as our Sparkle Ups—handmade gemstone chains and half-bangles. Once your choices are made, one of our skilled artists will custom-fit the jewelry to you, ensuring it sits perfectly and comfortably. Using a professional-grade TIG welder, we safely and securely close the jump ring, guaranteeing both durability and a seamless finish.

Sterling silver is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (often copper). It’s that copper that reacts with chlorine or sulfur, causing the surface to darken slightly over time.

A Small Commitment for a Timeless Piece
We require a $25 deposit to secure your appointment, which will be credited toward your custom jewelry or piercing. If plans change, just give us 24 hours' notice.
Age & Consent Policy
Our services are available for those five and older, and anyone under 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Your safety is our priority, so all clients must sign a consent form before their appointment.
Your Sparkle, Our Care
We want your sparkle to last! If your permanent jewelry needs a little adjustment within 14 days, just let us know. It’s on us. After that, while we can't offer replacements for normal wear and tear, we're always here to help you keep your sparkle shining. Since everything is custom-made for you, all sales are final.
